Why Maintain The Gearbox?

After a certain period of time after the gearbox is in operation, due to the changes in operation, friction, vibration, and load, it is inevitable that there will be looseness of the connecting parts of each part, wear, corrosion, fatigue, aging of the parts, and clogging of debris, and as a result, the locomotive horsepower decreased, increased fuel consumption, reduced ergonomics, misaligned parts, and even damage.
In order to keep the locomotives in good technical condition and prolong their service life, a series of technical maintenance measures for the agricultural gearbox such as inspection, cleaning, lubrication, fastening, adjustment, or replacement of certain parts must be promptly performed on all parts of the locomotive.
